Shipping times
Orders will do through 2 stages of being delivered
1. Order Processing time: The amount tof time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. This involves the securing of stock, in some cases, and the checking of product quality.
It Normally takes within 24-72 hours of business day for us to process your order. Howerver, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays etc.
2. The shipping time: The amount of time it takes to receive your order after your order is shipped.
A shipment may take 10 to 30 Business days to arrive. Shipping times can vary depending on your location and shipping methods.
3. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your package is processed to leave our facility, with a tracking number to follow the shipment. Once shipped, please allow an additional 10 business days for your purchase to arrive, based on your location.
4. Standard Delivery
- Standard delivered 10-15 Business Days
- Express delivered 8-10 Business Days
- Deliveries to remote areas may experience delays in shipping times, with an estimated delivery window of 12 to 50 days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Petsdzign, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns for undamaged, unworn items with original tags attached. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Please note:
• Please note that if an incorrect size is ordered, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend measuring your pet carefully before placing your order. If your pet's measurements fall between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit or finding an alternate product.
• Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• For damaged or defective items, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or full refund.
